What are the shipment costs?

We offer a free shipment to the Netherlands on all orders starting from € 65. If your order doesn't reach the minimum order value, you will need to cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands of €6.95.

Do I need to pay any additional taxes or custom duties? 



Shipments take place with the parcel courier DHL. We ship your parcel from our warehouse in the Netherlands to all countries in Europe. The total amount you see in the Checkout screen is what you need to pay; you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipment costs and any applicable duties and taxes. You do not have to pay any additional taxes or custom duties when the parcel is delivered to your address. This means that the courier will not charge you any extra money. 

How long will it take before your parcel arrives at your address? 

If you place an order before 15:00 on a working day, your package will be shipped on the same day and delivered the next day. However, during the busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) it can take a little longer.
